- Trimark briefed Era Integrated to adapt the original English Print Ad for their GIC convertible offer. Era recommended a complete change of strategy for the multicultural target audiences.

SOLUTION:
Strategy: Simple visual depiction of the GIC offering in the print campaign which would cut across all languages and cultural diversity.

RESULT:
- The product was well received by both the investment advisors as well as the customers. So much so that Trimark's customer service department got inundated with calls after the advertising. Sales went far beyond their expectations.
- Trimark briefed ERA to adapt the Chinese ad into English.
- Trimark got more than double the return on investment on the Chinese Ad compared to the original English advertising.
